We are seeking an HR Manager who can build strong teams, strengthen culture, and manage people operations end-to-end.

What You’ll Do

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical, creative, operational, and leadership roles
  • Drive sourcing strategies and build a predictable talent pipeline
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview structures
  • Ensure fast, efficient, and high-quality hiring with minimal drop-offs

People Operations

  • Manage onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates, and employee lifecycle processes
  • Drive performance reviews, OKRs, and career development workflows
  • Implement HR policies, guidelines, and frameworks suited for a growth-stage agency
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws and ensure smooth HR operations

Employee Experience & Culture

  • Build a positive, transparent, high-ownership culture
  • Conduct 1:1 check-ins, pulse surveys, and engagement initiatives
  • Resolve conflicts or grievances with empathy and fairness
  • Support managers in improving team communication and collaboration

HR Strategy & Reporting

  • Develop HR dashboards for hiring, attrition, engagement, and performance
  • Forecast manpower needs with leadership
  • Recommend improvements in processes, policies, and team structure
  • Ensure HR functions align with business goals and company growth trajectory

What We’re Looking For

  • 5-8 years of experience in HR, with at least 2+ years in an HR Manager or senior generalist role
  • Experience in digital agencies, tech companies, or startups is preferred
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, people operations, and HR compliance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trust with leadership and employees
  • Problem-solving, mediation, and decision-making skills
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort using HRMS tools, ATS, and reporting dashboards
