We are now looking for a Sales Manager who can drive new business, build strong relationships, and articulate our value proposition with confidence and clarity.
What You’ll Do
Build and manage a steady pipeline of qualified leads across India, US, and Middle East markets
Identify and close opportunities for SEO, Paid Ads, Website Development, and Content Services
Conduct discovery calls with founders, marketing heads, and decision-makers
Understand client needs and propose the right mix of Pyrite services
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and pricing that align with client requirements
Follow up consistently and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure smooth handover and onboarding
Maintain CRM hygiene and track metrics like conversion rate, pipeline health, and deal velocity
Represent Pyrite at events, webinars, and client presentations
What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environments
Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and digital channels (enough to consult prospects)
Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to conduct compelling discovery conversations and identify real business needs
Excellent communication and presentation skills
High ownership, persistence, and follow-up discipline
Experience selling to founders, CXOs, and marketing leaders
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven culture
