We’re looking for an SDR who can generate qualified pipeline, start meaningful conversations with decision-makers, and support our sales team in closing high-value deals.
What You’ll Do
Identify and research target accounts across India, US, and Middle East
Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and outbound sequencing
Conduct initial discovery conversations to understand prospect needs
Qualify leads using frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC (or willingness to learn)
Book meetings for the Sales Manager / Business Head
Maintain clean CRM hygiene with accurate notes and pipeline stages
Write strong outbound messages, cold emails, and follow-up sequences
Build relationships with founders, marketing heads, and CXOs
Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and target segments
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in B2B SDR or inside sales role
Experience reaching out to founders, CEOs, CMOs, or marketing teams
Excellent written and verbal communication
High energy, persistence, and strong follow-up discipline
Ability to craft personalized outreach messages
Comfortable with outbound targets and rejection
Understanding of digital marketing (SEO, performance ads, websites) is a bonus
CRM experience (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar)
