Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-driven Video Editor with 1-4 years of experience who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual aesthetics, and be comfortable editing for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, ads, websites, and brand campaigns
• Assemble raw footage into polished edits aligned with brand guidelines
• Add music, sound effects, captions, transitions, and basic motion graphics
• Optimize videos for multiple platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, Ads, etc.)
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and content teams
• Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently
• Implement feedback and revisions with attention to detail
Required Software & Skills
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects (text animation, transitions, basic motion graphics)
• Experience using CapCut for fast-paced social media edits
• Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, and visual flow
• Familiarity with different video formats: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9
• Basic color correction and audio balancing skills
Good to Have (Bonus)
• Motion graphics and animation skills
• Experience with short-form social media content and UGC-style videos
• Knowledge of AI video tools • (Runway, Veo, etc.)
• Understanding of branding and digital marketing visuals
